Currently, BVI is slowly reopening their borders starting Dec 1, 2020. Airports are opening first with a gradual phased opening of the ports which could see boat charters mid to late December. Remember, even if you already booked your trip for USVI waters, I am always happy to go to the BVI last minute. Rocknrollastjohn
